Job Summary: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant operations. This includes ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly, from food preparation to customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies and procedures.
* Ensure that all set-up duties are completed on time.
* Assist in the training and evaluating of restaurant personnel and enforce food and beverage policies and procedures.
* Ensure sanitation compliance throughout the restaurant.
* Promote positive customer relations; handle customer complaints.
* Foster a winning, solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging team members to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field required.
* Minimum of two (2) years experience as a high-end Restaurant Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
