The role of Senior HSE Advisor is a critical position that plays a pivotal part in promoting a culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance across diverse industrial operations.
This senior-level professional will be responsible for implementing and monitoring robust safety measures, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability initiatives to ensure the wellbeing of employees.
* Conduct thorough site-specific inductions and daily informal safety walks to identify potential hazards
* Consult with workers and management on-site to discuss and address safety issues
* Continually monitor works on-site to ensure compliance with SWMS and work processes, identifying areas for improvement
* Provide adequate supervision to workers and assist in identifying hazards, taking necessary corrective actions
* Complete weekly Risk Forecast and update Project Risk Assessment as required, ensuring proactive risk management
