Job Description:
The Senior Sales Executive will lead business development initiatives across various industries and drive revenue growth by delivering tailored solutions to clients.
The Role
* Identify, qualify, and attract new clients by understanding their needs and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver customized services.
* Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, oversee bid strategies, and coordinate RFP responses to enhance business performance.
* Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening the company's reputation through networking, client interactions, and industry engagement.
* Partner with business leaders, placement specialists, and client management teams to drive new business opportunities from initiation to successful execution.
* Ensure smooth transitions for client servicing teams by clearly communicating requirements and expectations for seamless execution.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated track record of success in securing large, strategically important clients within commercial risk/insurance or professional services.
* Proven sales experience with a willingness to align with existing methodologies and best-practice sales approaches.
* Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels.
* Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in CRM tools, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and able to utilize them effectively to monitor performance and lead generation effectiveness.
* Compliance with local regulatory licenses, permissions, and technical requirements.
