We are seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join our Allied Health team as a Receptionist.


Job Description:

* The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our services and fostering a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
* This is a varied role which will see you working across two desks, greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.
* You'll manage incoming phone inquiries and emails, coordinate appointments and meetings, prepare and distribute reports, and assist with billing and invoicing.


Key Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism

* Assist with billing and invoicing


Requirements:

* Prior experience in a similar role with Administration and/or Secretarial qualifications
* Knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferable)
* Strong customer service skills, capable of working with hospital staff, clients, patients, and their families
* Collaborative, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Computer literate, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
* Systematic, organized, able to multi-task under pressure, with excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
