Requirements
More than 5 years of bakery experience in independent retail
Experience with frozen dough production
Strong supplier relationships
Able to lead and communicate with in-store teams
Willing to travel to all locations, including regional WA
Strong initiative and time management
Self-driven, honest and committed
Able to identify opportunities and build action plans to achieve results
Salary
From 85K plus a car, depending on experience.
