You will provide a high level of customer service to yourtown’s supporters through inbound and outbound, email & web chat. You will also be responsible for data entry of orders, donations and supporting the mail processing centre to ensure efficient processing of all associated mailroom functions.These are casual positions with a commencement date of Monday 28 April 2025. Hours will vary each week, depending on operational need. Our contact centre operates Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm so you must have good flexibility to work across this span of hours.What We Are Looking ForAt yourtown, we believe positivity is powerful and the enabler of great things.
