Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic B2B Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts. This is a unique opportunity for a creative and results-driven individual to contribute to the growth and success of their brand.
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing, communication and referral partnership campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, client and partner engagement, and revenue growth.
To be successful in this role, you will use your skills and experience in branding, building customer engagement, digital marketing, content creation, sponsorships and event management to deliver multi-faceted marketing strategies and campaigns that will grow their "voice" and promote the businesses online and offline.
You must be willing to challenge the norms, having an agile mindset and be willing to fail fast, adapt and innovate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and manage regular content, communications and collateral for our key audiences such as newsletters, flash updates, lead lagers, white papers, thought leadership and analysis, and client acquisition communications
* Develop and execute comprehensive referral partner marketing programs that help strengthen relationships with existing referral partners, grow the referral partner network, and help increase leads and referrals. The activities will include events, cross-promotional campaigns, value-adding knowledge content and other marketing tools and any other activities as agreed with strategic partners
* Plan, organise, and execute sponsorship and events to promote brand awareness and foster engagement. This includes coordinating sponsorships for industry and prospect events, speaking engagements and ensuring maximum exposure and ROI
* Take the lead in crafting and implementing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that amplify brand recognition and attract new customers
* Develop and produce persuasive and captivating and relevant marketing materials, encompassing digital content, social media campaigns, email marketing, and print materials
* Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth prospects and recommend strategic actions
* Efficiently manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and optimise spending to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI)
* Manage and mentor 1 direct report, a Marketing Coordinator
To be successful within this role, you will have:
* A demonstrated history of at least 5-7 years in a B2B marketing role
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Proven track record of successfully conceptualising and executing mutually beneficial partnership campaigns and events
* Outstanding program management skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems, experience with Hubspot highly advantageous
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting concepts and ideas to various stakeholders
* Accountable for outcomes and delivering upon agreed targets and objectives
