Electorate Officer Position

This ongoing part-time role will suit a highly motivated and organised person with administrative experience.

* Function as the first point of contact for constituents and other visitors, resolving issues in a courteous manner.
* Respond to enquiries, prepare correspondence, and liaise with government departments.
* Assist with general administrative tasks, including database administration.
* Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.

The ideal applicant should possess strong communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a familiarity with Microsoft 365.

Further Information: The Electorate Officer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the office, providing administrative support to the staff, and maintaining accurate records.
