**Your new role**
You will join the organisation on a long term fixed term contract and provide business partnering services to meet operational requirements.
You will build relationships and partner with key stakeholders to support the development and implementation of the People & Culture business plan and strategy. You will also provide professional and expert guidance and support and coach managers, supervisors and team leaders on best practice people management to resolve issues. You will use your extensive HR experience imparting your knowledge to add value to the team.
**What you'll need to succeed**
It is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience in a generalist HR role where you can show your expertise in the development of policies, show your expertise in ER/IR matters and legislation and show your strong ability to share and impart your HR knowledge.
This is a role where you will embed yourself in the business to deliver results.
You must also have a degree in business, HR Management or a related discipline and you are someone who communicates easily with all levels of the business. You display advanced communication skills, strong negotiation skills and exceptional influencing skills.
