We currently have positions available in a choice of our locations Roma, Charleville, St George, Kingaroy (QLD) and Inverell (NSW), all supported by our Vital Health multidiscipline team, including Speech Pathologist discipline lead.

The New Grad Program:

* Diverse caseload & service delivery types – work with an autistic client in an aboriginal health clinic in the morning and a home visit treating an adult with Dysphagia in the afternoon.
* Case-load management to support your interest areas
* Quarterly learning outcomes and role expectations, and a bonus scheme for top achievers
* Consistent 1:1 supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist and peer support from past graduates
* Admin support and NDIS admin support
* Multi-disciplinary case-conferencing for complex client needs
* Professional development funding to help you grow while maintaining high clinical standards
* Options to choose your career development path post-New Grad Program

We cover a vast 3000km across QLD & NSW, and our mission is simple: deliver exceptional therapy services to people who need it most, no matter where they live.
