Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Officer to provide exceptional support to our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and other tasks as required. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, monitoring attendance and leave, and performing other related duties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Manage and maintain accurate records, including attendance and leave records
* Perform data entry and spreadsheet tasks as required
* Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including preparing interview panels and conducting interviews
* Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, faxing, and mail delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
