This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in recruitment or healthcare staffing. You'll receive training and support as you learn to source, onboard and support our team of nurses.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting candidate sourcing and screening to grow our pool of healthcare workers
* Review applications, manage interviews, and align candidates with client needs.
* Manage onboarding and registration compliance, maintaining up-to-date system records
* Provide onboarding support for new nurses during their first three months
* Develop and nurture strong client and candidate relationships
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone with a confident can-do attitude, fab phone manner, and a passion for customer service.
