Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will join our growing team in an established and exciting part of our business, where you will be given every opportunity to grow your career and make a sustainable impact. You will have a consultative approach to sales, working as a partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our product range and offerings. You will be supported in this fast growing, collaborative team. Structured training and onboarding will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Always uphold LifeHealthcare values and be an active key member of the team.
* Drive sales by identifying, developing and securing all relevant sales opportunities.
* Serve as an Inside Sales Product Specialist for a pre‑defined territory and accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and metrics.
* Generate market interest and close sales by executing product and segment marketing activities such as demonstrations, focus areas or campaigns.
* Actively solicit all LifeHealthcare product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
* Build relationships and trust with customers, playing a key part in their buying decisions.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and product support.
* Understand customer buying patterns and use this knowledge to schedule and plan calls.
* Contribute to the fiscal revenue goal and execute tactical activities.
Qualifications
* Clinical background required, preferably with surgical instruments.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and rapport‑building skills.
* Strong customer service orientation, always delivering exemplary support.
* Professional presentation and presence.
* Self‑motivated with a team‑player attitude.
* Positive, enthusiastic and energetic "can do" attitude.
* Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of the customer base.
* Excellent planning, organising and time‑management skills; able to handle ambiguity.
* Strategic agility with strong commercial acumen.
