Executive Assistant Role

Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings for the Director and Deputy Director of Nursing and Midwifery
* Prepare committee agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials
* Handle incoming communications and ensure timely responses and workflow continuity
* Provide secretariat support to meetings and act as a key liaison across teams
Requirements
* Demonstrate experience in a similar Executive Support role within the public or private sector
* Have high-level organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Show strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and initiative
* Display advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
