Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Inventory Planner and Procurement Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize inventory management, and make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory planning, ordering, and distribution to support maintenance activities and asset overhauls for our clients. They will also coordinate updates to Bill of Materials (BoM) data and ensure compliance with supply support requirements.

In addition, the ideal candidate will analyze supply chain logistics efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities. They will coordinate stocking and location of strategic spare parts and assist in stock and obsolescence management of inventory items.

The Inventory Planner and Procurement Analyst will provide administrative support to the Defence Programmes Group as required. They will liaise with supervisors and defence customers to ensure that logistic requirements are adequately defined and catered for.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inventory planning, ordering, and distribution
* Coordinate updates to BoM data and ensure compliance with supply support requirements
* Analyze supply chain logistics efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities
* Coordinate stocking and location of strategic spare parts
* Assist in stock and obsolescence management of inventory items


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain Logistics Operations
* Experience with Commercial/Defence Logistics IT Systems
* An understanding of ITAR and German Government Export Control regulations
* Strong communication skills, written and verbal
* An analytical mind with an eye for detail
* Thorough attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
