Overview
We are looking for passionate graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat to join our two-year Graduate Program.
You'll work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting your clients on their journey to return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
Responsibilities
Completing office-based and vehicle ergonomic assessments
Activities of Daily Living assessments for equipment or household services prescription
Conducting worksite assessments to interpret the physical demands and environment your client may work in and to understand what duties they can complete to achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goals
Completing functional capacity evaluations
Collaborating with other health practitioners (including other Allied Health professionals, GPs and Surgeons) through case conferencing
Organising rehabilitation activities for your client including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.
Reviewing and analysing medical reports such as MRIs and X-Rays

Requirements
Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy
Be eligible for AHPRA membership, upon graduating
Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in ****
Pass a national criminal check, prior to commencing employment
Have full Australian working rights
Hold a full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
