In this role, you will conduct cognitive assessments and prescribe solutions to enhance daily living. Your work will include collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals and promoting engagement in meaningful activities.
* Conducting cognitive assessments such as MOCA, HDS-R, and MMSE

About This Opportunity
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
* Membership with OT Australia or WA Association of Occupational Therapy
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and assessment skills
* Experience or interest in aged care, community care, or home care settings
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination
* Full working rights in Australia
