As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually stunning and impactful designs across various digital and print media platforms. Your primary objective will be to develop innovative designs that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, marketing collateral, logos, packaging, and advertising campaigns.
2. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
3. Create and present design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and suggestions.
4. Execute design projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
5. Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve the quality of design work.
6. Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including images, fonts, and templates, for easy access and utilization across projects.
7. Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure accurate production of design materials.
8. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of design elements into websites and other digital platforms.
9. Conduct regular quality checks on designs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines.
10. Provide guidance and support to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and helping them develop their design skills.
Requirements:
11. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
12. Proven experience (2 years min) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different media.
13. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
14. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
15. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
16. Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
17. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
18. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
19. Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
20. Experience in web design and understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
