Clearance is required for this position. As a key leader, you will drive the delivery of high-value, complex business/system projects that enhance policing capabilities and frontline services.
You will oversee multiple project streams, including leadership of project managers, vendors, and delivery teams. Successful integration of solutions into frontline and operational environments is crucial to ensure technology is usable, practical, and accepted by staff.
The role requires strong program or project management skills, knowledge, and experience in project planning and control, risk and issue management.
A proven ability to support and lead change management, including training and user engagement, to integrate new digital or technology capabilities with organisational transformation needs is essential.
This role also requires a demonstrated understanding of IT Service Management frameworks, experience working in a Government environment, particularly law enforcement or frontline services, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Office Suite, JIRA, and SharePoint.
