Recruitment Consultant - Trades Position: Recruitment Consultant - Electrical & Plumbing Location: Collingwood, Victoria Employment Type: Full-time (Permanent) Salary Range: $82,000 – $87,000 AUD About the Role We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to this growing team, specialising in placing high-calibre talent within the electrical and plumbing sectors. You’ll work closely with clients in electrical, building services, industrial and trade environments to deliver tailored hiring solutions that meet their workforce needs. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships across electrical, plumbing, and trade sectors. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights. Source, screen, and place quality candidates through proactive networking and headhunting. Manage end-to-end recruitment while meeting revenue targets and KPIs. Key Requirements Experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (agency background preferred). Understanding of, or networks within, electrical and plumbing trades. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What Success Looks Like Deliver high-quality placements with accountability and professionalism.
