We seek a skilled and compassionate professional to support individuals in returning to work after an injury or illness.
The successful candidate will conduct assessments, develop strategies and interventions to facilitate safe returns to pre-injury activities. They will engage with clients, employers and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

* Conduct formal and experiential training to develop skills and confidence
* Assess client needs and develop strategies for safe returns to work
* Play a key role in a multidisciplinary approach to recovery and return to work
* Perform various assessments including initial assessments, functional capacity assessments and vocational assessments
* Build rapport with key stakeholders throughout the process

Qualifications
* Full registration with AHPRA
* Allied Health Qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Passion for injury prevention and facilitation of return to independence
* Exceptional communication skills and commitment to delivering high-quality results
* Current driver's license and access to a vehicle
