What you will enjoy about this role:
Managing motor and commercial insurance claims
Managing claims workflow from lodgement through to settlement
Taking calls regarding claims, requesting information
Gaining training and support in recent lines of claims
Opportunities to work in other areas of the broking business
Being part of a close team
What you will bring to the role:
A friendly, can-do attitude, and providing an outstanding customer experience are your key strengths
Some insurance-related experience, in administration or call centre
A commitment to learn, be loyal, and trustworthy
A confident personality, able to adapt quickly to change and take on adhoc duties as required
