Join Inland Petroleum as their next IT CoordinatorInland Petroleum is an independent fuel and lubricants distributor proudly supporting customers across western and north-western NSW. With a strong customer-centric focus, they continue to expand services across regional and rural communities. Based in Dubbo, this full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, support internal staff, and contribute to key technology projects.
What you'll be doing
* Provide IT support to internal users, resolving technical issues promptly
* Administer and maintain Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and server performance
* Support and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
* Set up and configure computers, laptops, and mobile devices
* Maintain IT asset inventories and software licence management
* Manage mobility and telecommunications systems
* Coordinate IT procurement across hardware, software, and vendor relationships
* Assist in IT security, policy compliance, and risk assessments
* Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades alongside the IT Manager
What we're looking for
* Tertiary or vocational qualification in ICT or related field
* 3+ years' experience in IT support/administration
* Strong knowledge of AD, Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365 and networking fundamentals
* Experience with on-prem server infrastructure and database environments
* Familiarity with mobility/telephone systems and device management
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-support skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors
* Understanding of IT security best practice and compliance requirements
* Experience with help desk/ticketing systems is an advantage
