About the Role
Pathfinders are currently seeking a Case Worker to join our Integrated Domestic and Family Violence Service (IDFVS) team. This role supports people who are experiencing domestic and family violence (DFV), including both victim-survivors and people who use violence.
You will work directly with families and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities, applying trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices to support them through their DFV recovery journey.
The IDFVS Program is delivered over the Inverell and Glen Innes local government area (LGA) and requires active collaboration with local service providers and community organisations.
This position is classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Modern Award at Level 5.1.
