About the role


Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with mental health and psychosocial disabilities? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic professional to cover the role of Team Leader from 16 February 2026 to 16 May 2026.

* lead and manage the delivery of Psychosocial Service Delivery and Block Funded Programs
* coach and support a team of Lifestyle Support Workers to tailor services to the needs of recipients
* build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across clinical, community and primary health services
* represent selectability at local and regional network meetings, forums and events


About you


To be successful you must:

* experience leading teams, programs and services in mental health, disability or community services
* possess clear and effective communication skills
* demonstrate computer literacy and accuracy in record management
* exhibit an ability to problem solve
* be able to follow policies and procedures at all times
* be able to work with culturally and linguistically diverse communities and individuals

You will also need:

* a current minimum P1 "C" class Queensland drivers licence
* a currently registered, roadworthy, and fully comprehensive vehicle
* First Aid and CPR certificates (or the ability to obtain)
* a Positive Notice Working with Children (blue card) (or the ability to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain)
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety & You'


About the offer & Benefits


The Acting Team Leader - Rockhampton is a fixed term full-time position from 16 February 2026 to 16 May 2026.
