Key Responsibilities
* Developing Interim and Comprehensive plans along with functional assessments through data analysis for evidence based practice
* Identify strategies for participants to enhance quality of life
* lodging restrictive practices
* Working with NDIS plan and PBS budgets
* Collaborating and supporting families and providers
* Reducing and eliminating restrictive practices
* Delivering client-centered approach and strategies
* Hands-on client support to facilitate understanding and address behaviours of concern effectively.

Practitioner Selection Criteria
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
* Experience developing behaviour support plans and conducting functional behaviour assessments
* Minimum 6-12 months of experience developing behaviour support plans and conducting functional behaviour assessments
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioural difficulties
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioural difficulties
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations
* Current suitability confirmed by NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission at the core or above levels
