We're hiring Customer Experience Agent to deliver exceptional service at our Revesby Branch. You'll be the face of SIXT, helping customers at the counter, managing reservations, and ensuring our fleet and offices are presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with rentals and inquiries
* Handle phone bookings and general office duties
* Maintain counter presentation and quality control
* Light vehicle cleaning when required
* Support banking and admin tasks
What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* A strong sales mindset with a passion for achieving targets and earning bonuses
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in recommending products
* A positive, can-do attitude with strong customer focus
* Attention to detail across administration and presentation
* Previous experience in sales, retail or hospitality (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to monitor and organise fleet on a daily basis
* Competent computer skills
* A current, unrestricted full driver's licence
* Full working rights in Australia
* Ability to multitask during busy periods and work independently
* Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
