Agribusiness Leadership Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.
This leadership position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with regional contacts, driving internal relationships between product lines via referrals, and preparing high-standard marketing submissions and client progress reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Pursue new appointments and foster existing relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities.
* Build market presence through media mentions and vendor-paid advertising with exclusive appointments.
* Analyse property sales and client probability & potential of Agribusiness going to market timelines.
* Drive referral income and encourage information transfer between divisions.
* Prepare marketing submissions, client progress reports, and sales agency agreements at high standard.
Required skills and qualifications include being a licensed real estate agent in Victoria, with a track record in rural property sales or advisory. Related sales experience from a banking or agribusiness operational background is also considered.
