About the Opportunity
We are seeking a permanent, full-time BIM and Technology Manager to lead and implement Arcadia's Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategy across the business. This role is central to how we design, document and deliver projects, ensuring best-practice digital workflows, strong governance, and continuous improvement across our studios.

A Glimpse into Your Day
• Refine and implement Arcadia's BIM strategy and digital standards
• Enforce BIM, Revit and project delivery protocols across studios
• Actively coordinate, manage and support Revit models on live projects
• Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Facilitate and support Revit training initiatives, enabling consistent capability uplift across Arcadia
• Work directly with project teams to embed BIM best practice into daily workflows
• Assist in managing software, hardware and digital resources
• Lead or contribute to BIM-related meetings and best-practice forums
• Collaborate closely with studio leadership to embed The Arcadia Way
The Expertise You'll Bring
• Proven experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator delivering projects in Australia
• Advanced Revit capability with strong hands-on delivery experience
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards and governance
• Ability to solve complex technical and delivery challenges
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High attention to detail and risk awareness
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Experience managing digital resources, software and hardware
• Participation in industry BIM forums or academic communities is an advantage
• Skills in using PyRevit and Dynamo are a plus
