Callista Business Systems Analyst

PSG are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong education sector experience and hands on knowledge of the Callista Student Management System to join our clients team in Perth.
In this role, you will work closely with academic, administrative, and IT stakeholders to analyse business processes, optimise system functionality, and support the effective use and ongoing enhancement of Callista across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between business users and technical teams for Callista related initiatives
Analyse, document, and improve business processes within an education environment
Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Support configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations related to Callista
Assist with system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide expert advice, training, and support to end users
Contribute to system governance, documentation, and continuous improvement activities
About You
You are a proactive and detail oriented Business Systems Analyst who understands the complexities of education systems and student administration platforms.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst within the education sector
Strong working knowledge of the Callista Student Management System or similar
Experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation
Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
