How you'll make an impact
As a Product Owner, you'll be responsible for owning and prioritising the delivery of data‑driven products within TFA. Working closely with Product Management, business stakeholders, and cross‑functional delivery teams, you'll translate business needs into clear, prioritised features and user stories that are ready for delivery.
You'll be accountable for communicating the product vision and roadmap, managing the product backlog, and ensuring outcomes align with strategic and customer objectives.
* Plan, refine, and prioritise product features and user stories based on business value
* Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring readiness for delivery
* Lead and participate in PI planning and agile ceremonies
* Communicate product vision, roadmap, and delivery goals clearly to stakeholders
* Partner with business teams to understand needs, define outcomes, and validate value delivered
* Ensure deliverables align to enterprise objectives and data strategy
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product delivery
Your attributes
* 5+ years' experience in Product Owner, Product, or Business Analysis roles
* 3+ years' experience working in agile delivery environments
* Strong experience in backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement
* Proven ability to communicate product vision and influence outcomes
* Experience with platforms such as Pega, AEM, or similar enterprise products
* Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
