Ches Power Group (CPG) is seeking a motivated, team-focused Spare Parts Supervisor to lead our busy Parts Department.

Location: Bibra Lake, WA
About the Role
Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department while providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise. You'll build strong customer relationships, drive parts sales, and lead by example selling and interpreting spare parts while supervising a small but high-performing team and warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist with all warehouse and parts activities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow the customer base
Implement and maintain effective parts department processes
Accurately interpret customer parts requirements using specialist knowledge
Support internal parts transactions and foster positive relationships across CPG teams and stakeholders
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate rolling and annual stocktakes
Prepare and deliver stock and customer parts sales reports for management
Work with the After Sales Manager and leadership team to achieve operational targets
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a parts department as a Parts Interpreter (essential)
Previous supervisory experience (highly regarded but not essential)
Mechanical aptitude or trade background
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel
Current driver's licence
