Key Responsibilities
You will be trained across all stations to ensure the store finishes the day strong:
* Front of House (FOH): Providing fast, friendly service and managing final point-of-sale transactions.
* Back of House (BOH): Food preparation, cooking, and maintaining strict food safety standards.
* Closing Procedures: Executing deep-cleaning checklists, filtering fryers, and restocking inventory.
* Drive-Thru: Efficiently managing late-night orders to maintain low wait times.
* Store Security: Ensuring the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and secured at the end of the night.
Availability & Shift Requirements:
* Closing Shifts: Must have consistent availability for late-night finishes.
* Weeknights (Sun–Thu): Shifts typically end at 10:30 PM.
* Weekends (Fri–Sat): Shifts typically end at 12:30 AM.
* Note: Reliable transport is essential to ensure a safe commute home after closing.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting.
* Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.
* Stamina: Ability to maintain high energy and cleaning standards during the final hours of the day.
* Communication: Clear communication skills to handle the evening rush and shift handovers.
