**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and improve the appearance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor spaces.
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Plant and care for plants, hedges, and other flora.
- Perform seasonal maintenance including mulching, fertilizing, and watering.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, and trimmers.
- Ensure safety practices are followed during all tasks and with the use of equipment.
- Communicate with clients to ensure their landscaping needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including job sites and vehicles.
- Assist in the design and planning of landscaping projects as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in landscaping or related field.
- Knowledge of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with hardscaping, irrigation systems, or landscape design.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance tools.
