About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will lead a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts from Caboolture to Bli Bli.
Responsibilities Lead a team
Operate mowing equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
Complete service requests as required
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures Benefits Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish

Possibility of overtime in warmer months Qualifications Previous experience in Gardening using push and ride on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
Valid Manual Drivers Licence

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
Be punctual and reliable
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
