Now, we're looking for a driven Personal Training Manager to lead and elevate our Personal Training offering at one of our premier clubs
The Role:
As the Regional Personal Training Manager, you'll be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and developing high-performing PT teams across our Holmview and Beenleigh clubs.
Your focus will be on ensuring members receive exceptional coaching and support to achieve their fitness goals.
In this role, you'll oversee all aspects of PT recruitment, training, and professional development, while also delivering Cert III & IV in Fitness through AIPT to maintain a strong pipeline of future trainers.
This is a part-time position with additional payment for AIPT facilitation.
Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to run your own Personal Training business with a RENT-FREE benefit—a unique chance to build and grow your business while leading others.
You'll also play a key role in supporting future club openings and growth opportunities, positioning yourself for ongoing career progression as Fitness Cartel continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Attract, recruit, and onboard PTs who align with the club's culture and fitness values.
Implement effective business strategies to expand client bases, increase personal training revenue, and meet club targets
Overseeing HIIT classes, timetables, deliver classes to inspire engagement, and ensure high-quality service across all fitness experiences.
Maintain high service standards, compliance, and a safe training environment for both members and staff.
Drive the in club 8-Week Challenge while enhancing member engagement and participation.
Work with departmental leaders to improve the fitness experience, attend management meetings, complete reports, and ensure trainer staffing aligns with club budgets.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
2+ years in supervisory/leadership roles, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and Current First Aid/CPR, with flexibility for non-traditional hours.
Experience with multi-site management is an advantage.
Proven success in Personal Training or small business, with a passion for helping others build thriving careers.
Confident, dedicated, and performance-driven, excelling under pressure while guiding teams to success.
Manages time effectively, consistently meets targets, and thrives on continuous improvement.
Authentic, customer service-oriented, and passionate about fostering strong member connections.
Build positive relationships with management, staff, and members, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
A motivating role model who embodies a healthy lifestyle, loves the gym culture, and communicates effectively.
Must have Australian working rights.
