About the Opportunity
We have a new and exciting Full‐time opportunity to become a Business Development Manager for our client partner, ECOVACS. Our client is a worldwide corporation focused on transforming the way people live and work. ECOVACS offers a vast range of robot vacuum cleaners and other in‐home robotic appliances.
Working within the technology retail space, you will be responsible for creating relevancy, education, awareness and advocacy of the ECOVACS brand amongst store staff. You will drive client market share and category performance through ownership of in‐store promotional programmes and increasing store sales results through opportunity‐based selling and acquisitions.
We're looking for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in customer acquisition and business growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving results in a fast‐paced environment.

Tasks and responsibilities
* Actively drive sell‐through performance and deliver agreed KPIs including sales, space, displays, ranging and appointments.
* Be a brand ambassador – educate, inspire and create advocates for ECOVACS.
* Maximise the promotional campaigns and in‐store executions.
* Merchandise displays and have an eye for creating beautiful and consistent displays.
* Fulfil reports ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
* Use your superior product knowledge to develop awareness and take up training and education of key store personnel.
* On occasion assist with event demonstrations and training and be able to provide a full white‐glove VIP experience with product set up for media personalities/influencers.
About you
* At least one year experience within field marketing/territory management/sales required.
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver against KPIs.
* Attention to detail and takes full accountability of personal results.
* Self‐motivated, confident, energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about technology.
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills.
* You will hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable car.
