My client is a highly regarded commercial property owner with a growing portfolio of retail and mixed-use assets. They are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager / Leasing Assistant to join their collaborative team and support the ongoing management and leasing of key assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operations across a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and mixed-use assets
* Handle tenant enquiries and coordinate inspections, repairs, and access
* Prepare lease documents, renewals, and condition reports
* Maintain tenant records, CRM data, compliance logs, and key registers
* Track lease expiries, rent reviews, and critical dates
* Support new tenant onboarding (welcome packs, access setup, etc.)
* Liaise with tenants, contractors, landlords, and trades to resolve maintenance and lease issues
* Assist with budgeting, outgoings reconciliation, and financial reporting
* Collaborate with the Facilities and Leasing teams to deliver exceptional service
Requirements
* 3–5 years' experience in commercial or retail property management
* NSW Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
* Experience using Yardi, PropertyMe, or similar property software
* Understanding of retail lease terms and rent rolls
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Full Australian working rights
