As a Territory Sales professional, you will be part of a dedicated and diverse team offering local clients a comprehensive suite of services from agronomy to real estate.

* Maintain professional relationships and grow a strong portfolio of new and existing clients.
* Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your territory.
* Develop and grow relationships with key industry partners including exporters and processors.
* Provide professional onsite advice to clients, recommending products and services to strengthen their business.
* Employ tactful negotiating skills to bring buyers and sellers together.
* Maximise promotional opportunities, including assisting at industry events.
* Auctioneer at the weekly sale.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* A Livestock Auctioneer Licence and Assessor Accreditation (or willingness to obtain one).
* Previous experience in a sales role, preferably within the agriculture sector, and an understanding of seasonal requirements.
* Strong knowledge of livestock breeds, vet products, and low-stress stock handling, with a passion for driving client relationships and sales.
* Commitment to positively effecting change for both your clients and community.
* Ability to provide high customer service and cultivate relationships with potential and current clients.
