We are looking for an experienced roaming audio-visual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) technician to manage the day-to-day AV/VC infrastructure across multiple client sites. You will deliver exceptional technical service, build strong client relationships and ensure all systems operate flawlessly.

You drive our commitment to operational excellence. You will use your technical expertise to maintain functionality, diagnose issues and ensure superior service delivery.
Core Responsibilities:
* Maintain and Optimise Systems: Provide proactive, routine onsite service and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of all AV/VC setups.
* Troubleshoot and Resolve: Quickly diagnose and resolve complex AV faults, utilising your expertise in advanced fault-finding and service call-outs.
* Document Everything: Produce clear, high-quality service maintenance documentation and reports following preventative inspections and repairs.
* Drive Strategic Upgrades: Serve as the critical technical liaison, collaborating with clients, engineering and project teams. You will recommend modifications, design improvements and necessary system upgrades.
* Support Work: Backfilling for our Resident Service Technicians.
Essential Skills and Requirements
* A/V System: Proven experience working with AV/VC equipment, including knowledge of fault-finding, LAN/WAN, control platforms, AV schematics and digital sound processors.
* Technical Qualification: A relevant trade qualification in electronics, communications, or audio visual; equivalent demonstrated industry experience will also be considered.
* Logistics: Must hold a current valid Driver's License and access to own vehicle.
* Work rights: Australian Citizenship is desirable to be able to access secure agency sites.
