The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature workplace, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.Role: Physical Security AdminLocation: MelbourneContract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensionsExperience: 4+ YearsJob Description: ExpectedTotal Experience : 4 to 6 Years' experienceDomain Experience : ITIL, Genetec preferred, Access controls Honeywell EBI preferred Locker Management system - Traka PreferredResponsibilities:Troubleshoot and Configure Genetec application for VideoTroubleshoot and Configure Honeywell EBI application for Access Control System and its integration with Traka - Locker Management software.Follow ITIL process such as incident management, Change management & problem managementHandling the L2 issues and troubleshooting as requiredSupport application and database upgradesSupport server migrationsTest, program and troubleshoot access control and digital video systems.Handling customers and technicians on respective systems.Performs configuration reviews to ensure proper functionalityWork on the POCs for integrating the solutionsFollow the agile methodologyFlexible to work in shifts and weekends as per the requirementRequired Skills:End - End Awareness about ITIL process including windows migration, incident management, Change management & problem managementExtensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrade and migration.Awareness about Digital IP Cameras, Security Devices.Working Experience on Windows Server AdministrationConcepts of Enterprise System architecture is a plus.Experience in SQL AdministrationPhysical Security Domain Skills - good to haveGood overview about Networking conceptsConcepts of DevOpsKnowledge on SQLUnderstanding in networking conceptsKnowledge IP Cameras, Security Devices, and troubleshootingKnowledge on access control systems and hardware devicesHands on exp in Windows Server AdministrationExperience in supporting the applications & databases upgradesWork experience in shifts - Round the Clock as per the requirementWork experience in providing weekend support - for planned activitiesContact: 61- for more details.Please note we will be able to contact only shortlisted candidates for this role.
