The Roborigger product was originally developed by TENSA Equipment and Roborigger products are now in a separate entity with external investors (including TENSA Equipment as a major shareholder), called Roborigger Pty Ltd. TENSA Equipment has successfully been building fully certified lifting and drilling equipment for the global offshore oil and gas industry for over 10 years and is still supplying products and services for this industry. Roborigger inherits this breadth of experience and longevity - we are here for the long haul.
Our focus is now on developing our manufacturing and support capabilities worldwide. We need people who enjoy the challenge of walking on new ground with new ideas and implementing systems that achieve the highest standards in efficient ways. We are currently in the process of deploying Roborigger to new markets in Europe, Asia, and Americas and this would be an opportunity for a newly appointed Training and Customer Support Specialist to participate in the successful set up of these new regions.
**About the role**:
We are looking for Training and Customer Support specialist who can work with our product development, marketing and sales groups to deliver efficient training to users worldwide and who can build and maintain strong relationships with the users of Roborigger once they have been trained.
**Where you will be working**:
- The work will be generally located at our assembly and service facility in Wangara, WA. The work will also involve visits to sites when supporting the equipment.**About you**:
- You will have a formal qualification and experience as a rigger, dogman or crane operator trainer.
- You must have a very strong capability to work with both the engineering team and with the manufacture and service teams. You will be able to grasp the technical aspects of the product.
- You will be the primary conduit for gathering feedback from the users of Roborigger and providing this to the design and operations teams. You will enjoy talking to site personnel and sharing their experiences.
- You will be highly computer literate and will have the ability to prepare operating manuals and work instructions that address the varying needs and capabilities of the worldwide group of Roborigger users.
- Most of all, you must be excited about our product line and have a desire to be part of a company that is moving at a rapid pace.
