Description
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food industry sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
* Provide technical expertise and advice on industrial solutions.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
* Assist in the development of strategic sales plans and initiatives.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and support.
Profile
A successful Industry Sales Engineer - Food should have:
* A strong background in Automation and/or Instrumentation sales, bonus if within the food industry.
* Technical knowledge relevant to automation solutions and processes.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
* Proficiency in using relevant sales and CRM tools.
* Degree in either Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Job Offer
* Competitive salary package of $130,000 to $135,000 AUD.
* Additional benefits including an $18,000 car allowance, superannuation, and incentives.
