The Role:
* Monday – Friday administration support
* Liaise with clients, sales agents and external stakeholders
* Process and manage property sales files from listing through to settlement
* Design marketing material via Campaign Track(Brochures, DL's, Signboards, inhouse artworks, etc)
* Advertising, marketing and reporting
* Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors and local councils
* Database management
* Office management and coordination
* Compliance checks for all properties prior to going live
* CRM management
The Candidate:
* The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
* Previous experience in Real Estate
* A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Strong administration skills
* The ability to work in a top performing team
