Salary: Level 8, $157,900 - $171,005 pa + Super - PSCSAA 2024

Work Type: Fixed Term - Full Time, Permanent - Full Time

Location: Fremantle

The Department of Communities brings together the services and functions of disability services, child protection and family support, community initiatives and regional services reform.

The Opportunity

As the Assistant Director Financial Policy, Reform and Education you’re responsible for;

* Planning, managing and coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic Financial Policy and Reform Projects,
* Providing advice to Senior Management on complex strategic Financial Policy issues and informing the direction of Financial Policy and Reform Projects, to deliver best practice in Financial Management.
* Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with a broad range of Stakeholders, to ensure a coordinated approach to implementing Financial Policy, Reform and Regulation.
* Leading and managing the Financial Reform and Regulation Branch.
