Administration Support Role
We are seeking an administration officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a national administration team to provide support for business functions.
This is a full-time position based in the office, working 9-5, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming telephone enquiries and pass on messages as required.
* Manage bookings and reschedule NDIS services as needed.
* Allocate new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location, and skill set.
* Organise interpreter/AUSLAN services as required.
* Owning site presentation, cleanliness, and event preparation.
* Complete site audits as required.
* Listen to voicemail requests and take appropriate action.
* Review and forward faxes as necessary.
* Create and update electronic records for existing clients.
* Assist with reporting as required.
Requirements:
* Administration and/or reception experience (desired but not essential).
* Previous health knowledge or experience in the disability sector (desired but not essential).
* Friendly and personable nature, capable of providing exceptional customer service.
* Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new information.
* Skills in task prioritisation and multitasking.
* Exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
* Ability to work well as part of a team.
