The Learning Terrace is a purpose-built early learning service that has been part of the Raymond Terrace community for five years. With strong occupancy, embedded practices, and a highly regarded reputation, this service is well established and deeply connected to families and community.
This opportunity arises as our current Director steps into a promoted role within the organisation, creating space for a motivated and visionary leader to continue growing The Learning Terrace into its next phase.

About the Role
As Service Director / Nominated Supervisor, you will provide calm, confident and relational leadership, building on the strong foundations already in place while shaping future direction.
You will be supported by an engaged and experienced management team and will also enjoy genuine autonomy and ownership in your leadership and decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and nurturing a reflective, connected educator team
* Strengthening a culture grounded in respect, trust and collaboration
* Guiding inquiry-based, relationship-driven programming that prioritises time with children
* Building strong partnerships with families and the local community
* Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and continuous improvement
About You
You are an experienced early childhood leader who understands that strong culture creates strong practice.
You bring:
* A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (Degree highly regarded)
* Proven experience as a Director or in a senior leadership role
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF v2.0, NQS and Exceeding Themes
* A relational, ethical and reflective leadership approach
* Confidence to lead with clarity while empowering others to grow
