This role iswithin the Chief Operations Office at Great Southern Bank.Sitting withinCredit and Lending Operations, the Lending Operations team is responsible forBroker Home Loan application processing and verification, hotline support,accreditations, commissions, government scheme quality assurance and ConsumerLending tasks.You’ll make an impact by:You will be responsible for delivering the best experience to our customers through the execution of back-office processes.You will be accountable for delivering exceptionaloutput and efficiencies for all tasks completed and you actively contribute toachieving all targets and service level agreementsIdentification of opportunities to improve and refineinternal processes will be part of your BAUYou will provide them with the support requiredto drive success based on our customer centric service propositionDo things differently with usTo succeed in this role, you will have:Minimum 1-3 years’ experience within the finance industryStrong communication, attention to detail, influencing and problem-solving skillsResults driven with the ability to quickly learn Great Southern Bank's range of services and processesWhy Great Southern Bank?Whatever your role with us, you’ll be part of a force for good.
