We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to lead our finance function in the Distribution & Freight network. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and drive business growth.
About the Role:
This hybrid role combines financial oversight with operational projects, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will manage budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting while contributing to leadership decisions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a $110M cost base across five state warehouses and national freight operations
* Lead finance for DuluxGroup's Distribution & Freight network
* Contribute to leadership decisions and strategic planning
Requirements:
* Relevant industry experience ideally in supply chain, distribution, freight, manufacturing, FMCG, or retail
* Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight
* Advanced financial modelling and evaluation skills, with solid commercial acumen
* Proficiency in key systems such as SAP and strong analytical capability
