About the role
* Lead end‐to‐end delivery of major IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Coordinate project scope, schedules, and deliverables across software development teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.
* Manage project budgets typically ranging from $200k–$2m, including tracking internal and external costs.
* Support development and execution of change management and training plans to ensure effective user adoption.
* Oversee the delivery of system integrations across financial, operational, and field service platforms.
* Ensure that all project outcomes comply with data governance, information security standards, and PMO governance processes.
* Prepare project reports, participate in steering committee meetings, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
* Facilitate smooth transition of project outputs into BAU, including documentation and support models.
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies and delivery frameworks.
Skills and experience
* Experience delivering IT application projects such as ERP, financial, security, or field management systems.
* Proven success managing IT projects with budgets between $200k–$2m.
* Experience working with in‐house software development teams across the SDLC.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working across technical teams, vendors, and business units.
* Experience leading projects involving integrations between multiple corporate systems.
* Experience supporting change management within project environments.
* Tertiary qualifications in IT or business, or equivalent industry experience.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or similar).
